C-rona chronicles: day 10

9:00 – I've run 10 laps today. From the couch to the fridge and back. Some would call my workout "breakfast", I'll call it "feeding intervals."

12:10 – I've succumbed to the idea of virtual happy hours with my friends. After a friendly debate on which app we'll use, my social anxiety kicked in. Good start.

12:25 – Just finished my 3rd mixing cocktails tutorial on YouTube. Still trying to figure out the perfect drink that'll say to my friends "I got my shit together during this pandemic, but I'm not trying to impress you guys." So far beer seems like the smartest choice.

1:00 – Just watched Westworld in between meetings and SPOILER ALERT: Everyone is a robot except the humans.

3:00 – Today's lunch specials from chef Antonio include: Pasta with vodka sauce, vodka sauce with pasta, pasta topped with vodka sauce and dried oregano, vodka sauce topped with pasta and a slice of cheese.

4:00 – Quick run to the bank. I had to draw my self-defense disinfecting spray because someone was not keeping their 6ft distance from me. Instead of being scared, the stranger jumped at the disinfecting mist, smiled at me and ran away. I feel like I've just wasted a perfectly good Lysol spray.

4:01 – Commuting idea: If people ahead of you won't let you go through and/or keep the required 6ft distance, just clear your throat as loud as you can and make a mild coughing sound after it. See how their panicked faces scatter away from your path.
