USPS OPeration santa

Cannes Lions | One Show | NY Festivals | Clio Awards | Cresta Awards | Epica Awards | Effie Awards

The United States Postal Service had a program, called Operation Santa, where people could visit a post office in NY and adopt a letter from an underprivileged kid. USPS was planning to shut the program down due to the complexity of running the program during its busiest season. We developed a solution that allowed the program to live on a digital platform — automating the process and expanding its reach nationwide — empowering anyone to become Santa.

This project won every award possible. However, I’m the most proud of the positive impact it generated. I love working on big ideas like this that have the potential to do good.
